Who are we?

MWAE Singles was created in 2022 by the Muslim Women's Association of Edinburgh (www.mwae.org.uk).

The Muslim Women's Association of Edinburgh was set up at the end of 2005 by a group of Muslim women who found a lack of social activities for women and their families in Edinburgh.

This group, run entirely by volunteers, works with women and their families in Edinburgh and the Lothians to build a stronger community through education and social activities.

What do we do?

MWAE Singles was created to help those muslims looking to meet potential partners in an ever changing world.

We organise social events where muslims can come together in their search for a life partner in a safe environment.

The events will mainly be located in Edinburgh but open to all whether you based in Edinburgh of another city.

How does it work?

1. Register

Members on the website can view profiles to make informed decision of which people they would like to connect with.

2. Browse

You will be able to read more information about the event and see which members has registered an interest in the event.

This will allow you to make an informed choice on whether the event is something you will find rewarding to attend.

Events provide a safe environment for you to meet other members from the site.

They allow you the opportunity to build confidence and expand your social circle.
